Need a assistant to preform various task including but not limited to
ordering wholesale products for Ecommerce store,blog writing & posting, Press release articles, SEO, sales and marketing, email managing, content for website, Telephone Handling, Call Center Skills, Data Entry, Customer Service, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office Skills, proficient in English, Store Maintenance Order, Internet Research,Photoshop Data conversion,Yahoo stores MonsterCommerce Magento osCommerce ProStores Volusion X cart Zen cart eBay Amazon SEO,

• Communication skills in English (talking & writing)
• Excellent organization and administrative skills
• Strong cordination and networking skills
• Strong computer skills
• Willingness to learn new computer data entry systems and budgeting programs
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
• Think "out of the box" and come up with solutions!
• Self-motivated!
• Work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Must be accessible online via Skype
• Broadband Internet connection
• Available to work with flexible hours
• Attention to detail!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Must be willing to have direct communication with myself via Skype
• You will assist me with my projects, such as; dictations, emails, phone calls, database entry, travel planning, administration, online research, event organizing, etc.
• You will act as my main point of contact, liaising between me and my clients (once you are familiar with the job)
• Light managerial responsibilities (having the ability to make certain decisions without my involvement - I will set these parameters once you are familiar with the job)
• Keeping notes and memorandums of day to day business
• Implementation of new systems and streamlining them, (such as enrollment, bookkeeping, etc.) wherever needed
