Small business owner needs top knotch assistant willing to roll their sleeves and assist with various tasks from making sales calls, collection calls, scheduling to assisting with bookeeping, social media. Looking for someone who would like to be part of the team and have a long term business relationship.

Individual should be highly organized and able to multi-task.  Able to find ways to improve current company systems. Attention to detail and reliable.

Must be reliable and have the ability to respond to requests as quickly as possible to email requests from owner. Be available via text and phone and must have own phone service to make calls.

Must have excel, word, outlook experience. Excellent customer service skills as you will be the main point of contact for our clients.

Able to work between 9-5 pm. central US time.
