If you're the Virtual Assistant I'm looking for you'll be trustworthy, positive and techno savvy! You'll enjoy working with a Business Coach who makes a difference in people lives and an Entrepreneur that has lots of different projects going on.

You'll be able to fill in the gaps and get things done! You'll be very computer literate including being right up to date with cloud computing, Mac and PC systems, mobile applications that increase efficiency, CRMs, Drop box etc.

You'll have great English and be confident to phone both clients and prospects in New Zealand from a fast internet connection with no background noise.

You'll be able to manage my diary - which means you'll need to be available during New Zealand business hours and able to answer a VOIP phone.

You'll be great at extracting an idea for a project from my head, transferring it into project management software as an action plan and then ensuring that plan is achieved - either by your own efforts or by employing other experts via Odesk etc.
