Marketing & Branding:

 Support the organization in the implementation of a solid marketing plan to generate a steady flow of private clients, leads and partnerships.
 Social media management with a unified branding, strong relationship management and consistent engagement with user community.
 Generate and deliver a weekly newsletter to the organization’s list with content gathered, edited and formatted through MailChimp newsletter services.
 Facilitate video marketing efforts with video editing, uploading and sharing.
 Manage online events, such as teleseminars, webinars and radio appearances.  Create necessary web-pages, send out automated confirmation/responders, answer participant support questions, deliver session recordings, etc.
 Deliver graphic design for newsletter, website and other uses, when needed.
 Create sales funnels – develop necessary web pages in Optimize Press,
Client Services:

 Act as liaison between existing clientele and organization: respond to client emails, questions and support needs for scheduling, accessing files, receiving support documents, etc.
 Batch any client email requests that need attention from business owner.
 Send thank you notes, holiday cards, etc.

Partnership Development

 Research opportunities for joint venture (JV) partnerships with synergistic businesses.  
 Reach out to selected potential JV partners to establish and build relationships and identify opportunities for cross promotion.
 Provide communication support on an ongoing basis with established JV partners.
 Manage affiliate sales program for JV partners.

Operational Support

 Research and implement a web-based customer relationship management system for use by the organization to collect and track client data, payment information and correspondence records.
 Work with accountant/bookkeeper to manage basic accounting system for client payments
 Manage subcontractor work assignment, review and payment for tasks such as transcription, audio file processing
 Become intimately familiar with all software used by organization and continually explore ways of streamlining, automating and integrating all business processes.
