I run an online business that uses several odesk-based virtual assistants.
I would like to hire someone that can help me hire, interview, and train these assistants as needed. Most of these assistants will be involved in the field of online marketing and
The goal is to find someone that can take a rough specification and job i have (i.e. finding a graphic designer or illustrator), and do the work of writing job descriptions, interviewing and hiring assistants, and monitoring their work to make sure it is up to specifications.
I assume this will be an approximately 10 hour per week job (more or less) with flexibility to adjust this as needed.
I would also appreciate someone that is available and willing to focus on other administrative tasks as needed (booking travel, doing high-level online research, etc).
This is potential for a very long-term relationship for the right person.
