We are a small but growing WISP service that is looking for 2 people that can work for us as phone and live chat technical support personnel for our WISP on a per call basis. This would be mainly helping our customers logging on to our wireless internet service, support for lost passwords, VOIP phone service and using the billing system and the email service. MUST have GOOD English speaking skills. This would mostly be between the hours of 5PM to 9AM Monday - Friday Eastern United States time and 24 hours on weekends. We will supply a Toll Free # that will be forwarded to you. If you need an incoming phone line we will supply VOIP phone service info, you would need to have your own internet service and IP phone.
All support details will be given to you. This would be a Tier 1, Tier 2 support, all others would be routed back to us for further support or repair.
