I have dilly dallied around Odesk trying to find a little of this and a little of that, but at this point I want the best of the best. I am looking for a VA who has real estate experience, loves real estate, and is ready to join a team for the long haul!
I want a full-time VA, but we will start part time and make sure we are a fit and then ease into the full time role if you match our needs.
We need someone who has real estate experience already, but is also willing to learn as they go.
-Screen seller leads that come in via phone and email
-Use our comparable software as well as other websites to determine information on the houses
-Be able to fully understand our business model, what we do, and be able to use judgement to make decisions for the company
-Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. I provide guidelines, but no script. I want someone who is great at having a conversation and will be able to communicate with caller clearly
-Enter, organize, and maintain leads in a digital environment, and the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table in terms of this
-Great spoken and written English
-Reliable Internet and Phone. I use Google Voice, so will need the ability to forward this to your phone, and also will need you to be able to make outbound calls from a local number
-Ability to work American business hours
-Rockstar abilities to go above and beyond and get the job done!
