An excellent level of English grammar and punctuation is required
This is a monthly ongoing contract. Work will be casual, not fulltime, however this role is not for someone who works or studies fulltime and wants extra part time money. Although if someone works as a virtual assistant for other employers this will be perfect.
This basics of this role involves:
- 20-30 hours / week
- Collecting data from websites
- Compiling data into a spreadsheet
- Mail merging data into an MS Word template
- Ensuring all data is 100% (training will be provided)
- Populating the letters and then sending me the file so I can simply print and send.
- In addition there are also shipping labels to be setup, then the file sent through to me.
- Send emails from a given company email address
- the role will be come more involved as you develop these skills and processes.
- The rate will also increase based on experience.
Once the websites are given, "a quick turn around is required, and sometimes there will be some pressure to complete the taks".
