Growing real estate company needs a fast efficient worker to do web research and data entry of leads into back office. Should be a fast learner. Need someone that can type more than 60 words per min. Accuracy is important.
Key responsibilities include
1) Data entry that will come from client responses to email ads and voicemails so must be good at interpretting names, emails and other information and writing in english.
2) Sending scripted emails to clients.
3)Doing web research and entering into googledocs spreadsheet
4) entering appoinments in google calendar
5) increasing facebook, linkedin, google+ contacts
6) sending emails
7)typing hand written notes into google docs
8) entering business contacts into nimble
9) reactivating craigst and backpage ads
Job will start out part time but can grow into full time. Bonuses of $10 for any lead entered that sales staff converts to a sale. Average 2 to 4 sales per month.
