I am looking for someone who can create the below website for me , the website is going to be simple and it will display the details of the upcoming movie releases from 5 different languages.

User Story:
A user who is looking for the upcoming movies from a particular language (example : English) will reach the website and his will see the upcoming movie releases from different languages listed there with the most recent 5 movies displayed against each language for 5 different languages. Each movie carries a smaller size poster shot, below that the movie name and the release date.

The user then selects the language her prefers and he gets to a page where it lists all the upcoming releases in that particular language. He also also see a tab at the top which gives him an option to browse the movies which were already released in the past.

In the upcoming releases he gets to see the movies again listed in the order of its release dates, the movies closer to the release dates are listed first and the movies farthest to the release date are listed last. He also get to see the same information about each movie that he saw on the first page which is a small film poster, name of the film and release date but unlike the home page he gets to see only the movies of the language he chose.

User browses through the list of the movies which are listed 16 per page (4 in each row) and at the end are the next buttons to navigate to the next page. The user then chooses one of the movies listed there by clicking on either the name or the poster of the movie and then he enters a page where all the details of that particular movie is listed.

At the top is a big wide poster of the movie with the release date, just below that is the cast & crew information of the movie with links against each name of the cast and crew which takes you to the detailed page of that particular person.

Below the cast and crew information is the trailers of the movie, there are slots for at least 3 trailers. Just below that is the photos and posters related to that movie, just below that are links to five of the photo galleries related to that movie represented by a single photo which if clicked takes the user to a different site where that photo gallery is located.

Below the above information are the 3 reviews from the leading websites summarized in less than 1000 words with the rating in star signs and a link to the original site,  nicely listed in three columns next to each other.

Below that are the user comments about the movie a maximum of 10 are listed with the option to see more by navigating further to another page.

The user visiting the page decides to click on the name of one of the actor listed at the top of the page whose name is linked to page for the actor.

The actor page opens up which has a similar design as that of the movie with a big wide photo of the actor at the top, towards the right of which is listed the rank of the actor in a numerical format (lowest number which is 1 representing the top actor).

Just below that is a 100 word summary of the actors biography with a read more button which can reveal the complete biography. Below that is the vital statistics of the actor along with his age, below that is a list of movies represented by a small poster and the name below it that the actor acted in all of which has a link which takes you back to the movie page. There are 10 of the movies listed (5 in each row) with an option to display more.

Just below that are 10 of the photos of the actor listed 5 in each row (4 rows) each of the photo linking to a gallery which takes the user to an external website gallery.

The user clicks on the rank displayed at the top of the page and it takes him to another page where the rank of the actor along with his photo is displayed and the details of how the site has arrived at that rank is explained.

The user then goes back to the movie page and clicks on some of the photos of the movie listed there and it takes the user to a nice photo display page with a larger version of the photo with navigation bars to navigate between the photos and to navigate back to the movie page.

End of user story.

I hope the above gives you an idea of the site I am looking for.

The CMS used should be easy to upload and also should support multiple users and should be able to manage high volume of data and should be scalable. Preferred is Django (Python). The design has to be simple and attractive. The design should take into consideration mobile scalability and the speed element of the site.

The payment will be made as below:

10% on approval of design
10% on converting the design to final HTML
30% on setting up the beta version of the site on the server
50% once the final version is rolled out
