I am looking for a way to exclusively track my "Wholesale" customers purchase history on my website. We need to pull the following data on our customers:
1. User Role
2. Order Amount
3. Order Date
4. Gravity Forms Submitted
We would use this information to build the following three reports, shown in the screenshots attached to this posting, "Checkpoints", "Reports" and "Wholesale Customers".
The checkpoints show the order we would like our wholesale customers to move through our system from start to finish. Checkpoint 1: "Potential" needs to show all customers who have filled out a selected gravity form. Checkpoint 2: "New" needs to show customers who have never made a purchase. Checkpoint 3: "Active for" needs to show all customers who have made a purchase in either 30, 60, or 90 days. Checkpoint 4: "Inactive for" needs to show all users who have not made a purchase in either 30, 60, or 90 days. Checkpoint 5: would need to show all customers who have purchased more than either $2,500 or more, $5,000 or more, $10,000 or more, in the last 12 months.
The reports would show all wholesaler spending broken down into interactive columns for a selected amount of time (Last 30 days, Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, custom date range). The columns would need to be broken down into either, hours, days or months based on selection. Columns should show exact amount spent upon hover.
This report would show a complete list of all wholesale customers. We would want to filter the list by 3 selections. 1. Checkpoint status (Potential, New, Active, Inactive). 2. Date (Last 30 days, Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, custom date range). 3. Amount spent ($2,500 or more, $5,000 or more, $10,000 or more). We would also want to be able to export the filtered list.
Please reference the screenshots attached to this job posting: "Wholesale.jpg" (showing layout) and "Wholesale-Notes.jpg" (showing notes) and let me know if I can help to clarify anything.
PLEASE show me that you read the entire post by answering the following questions (If you do not answer these questions, you may not be considered for this job):
1. How long do you think this would take you?
2. How much do you think it would cost?
Thanks and have a great day!
