I am looking for a work schedule (shift bid) to be created in an Excel based format with the following criteria:
The employee is required to work 5 days a week, 8hrs a day (the .5 is lunch)
2 Shifts (AM Shift from 5AM to 1:30PM and PM Shift from 8:30AM to 5:00PM)
I need 4 Employees assigned to AM Shift and 4 Employees assigned to PM Shift
I only want 2 Employees working on Saturday and Sunday's - 1 Being an employee from AM Shift and 1 being an employee from PM Shift.
I would like a work pattern so that everyone has to work 1 consecutive weekend a month and the rest of the time they are off on weekends. I want this pattern to rotate so that when everyone has completed the cycle, it starts back over. I would like this work scheme placed into a date range format..starting on Feb 24th and ending on March 30th. If you require any further details, please let me know. The goal of this work schedule is to give flexibility to the employee and allow them all to have weekends off except for the 1 weekend they are required to work in a month.
