We are a firm based in Australia and have been using Zoho CRM for about 2 years.
It serves us well but we now need help to optimize it.
We are looking for someone who can assist in helping us get the most out of Zoho and trouble shooting when we have issues. We will need help with reporting as well.

Initially we will require the following
Create the correct privileges so that
1/ all can see CEO’s email and calendar but not be administrator
2/ Allow all of the staff to be able to create invoices
Create email templates from inside CRM for specific events e.g. follow up a sales meeting
Outlook to CRM calendar integration
We need to be able to sync the Outlook calendars from several users with Zoho CRM
Connect Zoho CRM with Zoho Campaigns
When a campaign is sent out in Campaign it updates the status field on the lead/suspect or contact in CRM
Recommend enhancements to our existing setup.
