We have just started using ZOHO CRM and as part of our setup need to have someone with a specialist skill set within ZOHO to help us with the finer details and troubleshooting issues in a very fast and efficient manner.
You must be able to show past work in this area, for the right candidate there will be on going work in other areas of Zoho CRM, data entry and administrative support role.
You need to demonstrate past work in:
-Setting up contacts & accounts
- Setting up custom invoice templates
- Recording payments from clients
- Generating purchase orders
- Setting up Zoho with Google Apps
- Mapping tax rates to a price list
- Integrating Zoho CRM with a website
