we are a web development company who need a online csr for our company we need your to be able to reply to our odesk, freelancer, guru accounts. basically we are bidding on jobs and you need to manage the replies we get and respond accordingly. there is a commission attached to encourage  you to reply well and secure us work. there is a technical person on hand to assist you with the technical parts of the replies but you need perfect english and a happy attitude for our customers.

the base for this job is $1,67 a hour inc odesk fees, with the commission structure there is the ability to 3x this income if your a good CSR we will increase your base after the first month to $3.33 inc odesk fee,
