Deliverable: Redesign customer journeys for a new feature in an online services marketplace

Context: Largest online home services marketplace in SA (www.kandua.com). Launched an MVP of a "fixed price" service that has performed well and now looking to refine and improve customer journeys through the site aiming at improved discovery and improved conversion

Looking for: An experienced designer that understands interfaces, competent with copy and a high intuition for sensible and high converting journeys. Should have worked in travel, ecommerce, marketplaces and products of that nature. Should have high competency in relevant tools for wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping. Bonus points for knowing some HTML, CSS or Javascript. Bonus points for experience running experiments especially A/B tests on pages.
