We provide managed hosting for some devops tools. We're a tiny company, but we need to provide our customers with a high quality and timeliness of response. Because we're so small, we don't have the people to provide 24x7 coverage today. We do our best, but sleep and personal time happens :smile:. What we're looking for are individuals to whom support requests can be routed when we're not available. Ideally these individuals will be the kind of people who stay up late, and are online on the weekends since that is the time of highest risk for us. When a support request comes in that we can't handle, our system will flag it and will automatically notify the people we end up working with. Our expectation is that this will only happen during critical outages. This will require you to SSH into the server, troubleshoot the issue, bring the application back online, and keep the customer informed of what is going on. Let me know if you have any questions.
