I need an engineer that has practical experience in  calculating the amount of energy required to compress a specific volume of air.

A suitable  air compressor would be available to dispense the required amount of pressure.   I need to know how  much electrical energy would be consumed to do this on an ongoing basis.

the size of the chamber to be compressed is 7.33  cubic feet
the required amount of pressure is 62.33 psi
the air inside the chamber would be released every 10 seconds – therefore the air would need to be compressed in the chamber every 10 seconds

Solve for watts

how many watts would be required for each 10 second cycle ?
