Im looking for a VA with recruitment expereince to work for us for the long term. 10-15 hours per week as required.

Candidate system management – Job Adder/Dropbox
1. Create candidate records in Jobadder and add cv’s as they come in and also add to Dropbox

Competitor research

2. Weekly Job board reports (percentage of jobs with other recruiters)

Website maintenance where required

3. Website content management using crazydomains as required

Newsletter creation

4. Newsletter creation using Mailchimp (monthly from content provided)

Process documentation

5. Create process and procedure manual from scanned docs and audio

Proof reading and editing

Diary and email  management

6. Make appointments with clients and candidates for 2 people

• Tech savvy using cloud based systems, google apps and MS Office
• Good communication, written and verbal
• Flexible
• Responsive and available

• Recruitment and candidate communications
• Cloud based systems, including CRM, email and document management, Dropbox, Mailchimp, content management, eventbrite
• Diary management
• Proof reading

Interested in health and wellbeing
Interested in sustainability

Other duties as agreed
