iPhone game in Unity Engine (2D)

I have an iPhone game for kids that needs to be completed in 21 days or less. I will provide all the sounds, but you will need to design all the artwork and develop the game. It is like a 2D version of temple run. See the attached video for a vague idea of the game. Here are the requirements:

1. The main character in the game is a penguin. He is a penguin in cartoon form. He will journey through different parts of the world, and run into different sounds. I will supply the sounds.

2. There are three different environments that the user can play the game in "Europe" "America" and "Asia". Each one is 3 minutes long and they all have the same gameplay. The user has to collect the "hot" objects (floating spheres, candy, etc.). The penguin cannot die. If he misses an object, it will come back later.

i. The environment would resemble geographical landmarks in the world, i.e. great wall of china, Paris with Eiffel tower, Grand Canyon, etc. Each environment (Chinese with Great wall of china vs. French with Paris) will be equipped with some “hot Items” along the journey.

Reward system:
1- Once penguin hits on objects the sounds play (i will provide sounds)
2- Once penguin hits 3 objects in a row there will be clapping in the background and cheerful music.
3- Once it hits 10 objects in a row, there will be more clapping and penguin will flip along with cheerful music.
4-Once it hits all the items, there will be a recorded voice playing and saying something that was previously recorded for the kid in the app. The recording can be updated in the settings.

The app has a main screen with "Settings" and "Europe" "Asia" and "America" and another option called "Passive" that just plays sounds that I will provide.

Additional details:

Penguin will move in a straight line, but swipes will be used to move him up to hit an item. if the user doesn’t swipe the game will still continue but and it will automatically move penguin in the correct spot, but no points or claps will be award.
Examples of hot items, in our case Ren could hit items such as stars, squares, eggs, presents, and other objects

#1 – America: In the background Grand Canyon, mount rushmore, NY High Rises, etc. while the penguin runs. You will need to do the graphic design. It should be bright, colorful, good for kids.

b. 2 - Europe- Traveleing through city streets, will includes land marks of Paris (Eiffel Tower), Landmarks from Spain, Italy and Portugal. Leaning tower, Sagrada Familia, rome colloseum

c. 3 – Asia- The journey will happen on the Great wall of China, but the wall turns into regular road later, and sees Himalaya, Potala Palace, Taj Mahal, and Japan in the background

At the end of the game the user will see his/her scores..there will be a box that opens up, and based on the score different prizes come out, ice cream, chocolate and the recorded audio will play if the penguin has hit all of the hot spots.

There will be background music for each stage just like in temple run. The music will resemble the culture of the stage. For instance, for Stage #4 there will be Chinese music played in the background and for Stage #2 there will be 7talian/Spanish music (w/o lyrics) played in the background. I will provide all sounds.

The game (all stages) are intended for kids, they have to be appealing, colorful and fun to play with.

I need:
a. Character Design : A finalized design of the Penguin.
b. Game Design: Overall GUI of the game that contains options for multiple enviorment stages, and other cosmetic options.
c. Stage Design: All stages (in item #3) should be finalized and the journeys should be satisfactory.
d. All the work (codes, designs, etc.) in the backend and front-end all expected to be delivered.
