Hello! We are looking for a motivated, self starting individual german native speaker to work alongside our CEO. You will step by step takeover responsibility of our webshops and amazon accounts. We need your help in all areas of the business including admin, operations, customer care and social media management.
We need a team member to help with day to day operations of the company.
We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the field of home & living. Since some months we are starting up online B2C with our new private label “place to be!”, a young and emotional furniture brand that is growing in germany.
THE ROLE: Work directly with our CEO and 100% Shareholder on daily tasks which includes everything. From order management over content creation for the website & social media channels, update product pages & collections on our e-commerce Shopsystems (wordpress, JTL, woocomerce, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, customer service, returns & exchanges processing, email, order communication with existing suppliers, etc. Whatever the day calls for!
You need to have the ability to identify yourself with our products (furniture, garden products) and outperforming customer service.
REQUIREMENTS: You need to be an fluent / native german speaker because we are dealing with 98 % german speaking and german citizens. You must have experience in the following for consideration
1. JTL Wawi / JTL Shop
2. Woo-commerce / Shopify
4. Basic Graphic Design / Banner Design and Facebook / instagram Graphics with buffer or canva for social media and website images
5. Customer Service (we are currently seeking a ticket system solution like zendesk, …)
6. fluent written & oral german skills
7. Content creation for our new products
8. maybe contact new potential suppliers (experience with Alibaba)
9. Interacting & engaging on Social Media
