We're looking for several Administrative Assistants who know the right interview questions to ask to identify & hire other (in-person) Administrative Assistants.
We'd ask you to write 3 hiring assessments (consisting of 7-9 creative interview questions each), which companies can use to evaluate candidates who apply. Guidelines:
-These questions should encourage candidates to show/demonstrate what they can do (rather than tell).
-Candidate's can answer them using text, video, audio, multiple choice, or file upload.
-Each interview question should also include a suggested answer.
We want original questions written by you, not questions we can find on Google.
Examples of BAD questions: "Tell me about your most recent job," "tell me about a challenge you overcame," or "why do you want this job?"
Better questions allow a candidate to show their technical skills. On our platform, graphic designer candidates are often asked to design a new logo, a customer service reps asked to record a video of themselves responding to an angry customer, or a UX designers asked to upload a video explaining how they'd redesign an iOS on-boarding flow.
