There are companies out there that cant be down because it would cost the company thousands if not millions of dollars.
The solution is our product which is called "Zerto". We have the ability to replicate virtual machines from on onpremise data center to Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS cloud. The reason people will want to use us is that we dont own a data center but instead use the public cloud as a"Target DR". For example if "Joes Construction Company" had 73 Virtual Machines , which is the backbone of there entire infrastructure, we can replicate all of their virtual machines to the cloud and in case of a disaster we can "fail-over" there entire operation with one single click. All networking, servers, and storage are spun in in Azure/AWS in under 1 hour, saving the company time & money , while keeping there operation afloat.
When medium/large companies here your pitch they will be very hesitant because they may have something in place but with a good dose of "healthy fear", hopefully through you, they will see the value in having Zerto Disaster Recovery.
