We have just started using JIRA about a year ago and have many tasks added over the last year and they are not properly organized by priority and due dates.
I am looking for someone that is already familiar with JIRA; and can help us organize it by adding due dates and priorities, and helping assign to a generic support user, support person, or programmers.
I have an idea on how I want to arrange it; I want to keep it simple by creating an issue for programming by product and adding subtasks to the issue. There are a Bzillion issues in our JIRA and I would like to print them on a piece of paper, scan it to pdf with notes on it on where to asssign/move the issue to, and have our new JIRA admin (you, hopefully) spend the time to arrange the issues and due dates and priorities.
We also have a regular checklist in google docs we use and I had the idea to create a JIRA template for each customer (the checklist takes a month each time) and then clone it into the next month for the checklist. Each item on the checklist will be a Subtask that our support staff can update and change the status, write notes, etc.
if any of this makes sense, and you have used JIRA before and think you know it well, we want to talk with you.
