Thank you for your interest in this job posting. I am looking to hire a customer service representative to join my team. I run a Shopify business that is growing larger every day. As a result, we now receive a lot of customer emails. We need someone to manage this part of the business. (In the future, you may also fulfill orders)
Ideally, you will have previous experience in Customer Service and will have knowledge of Outlook. You should be organised, reliable and good at communicating with others.
Your English skills must be perfect.
The Job Role:
-Answer customer inquiries about tracking number.
-Answer refund/dispute inquiries
-Answer inquiries about shipping delays
As this is my first ever outsourced hire, please appreciate that there will likely be a few bumps and hiccups along the way. However, through working together and communicating with each other a lot for the first few weeks, we will be able to streamline the Customer Service process. If you have ideas that you feel would improve your workflow, you are welcome to tell me and I will do my best to implement.
I would love to make your role as quick and easy as possible for you. I will provide the winning candidate a PDF that lists our FAQs and the most common customer requests, as well as how to answer/handle each scenario.
