I need a boss for my coaching business 😊 or to be more precise a mix of a sparring partner, coach/ project manager / PA
Most important tasks: I need a sparring partner to discuss projects and strategy, hold me accountable, debriefs with me. (Extra bonus would be know-how in marketing / social media)
Ideally, you speak English and German, but if you are a good match, being fluent in English will do.
I work with positioning and thought leadership and after a sabbatical, I need more structure and support to find my groove again.
