At the moment, we really need someone to take and return calls.
I need someone who is quick on email and good at using a CRM system, or would quickly learn.
Ideally the person will be experienced with a CRM - we use desk.com
We are a smaller, online fashion retailer, and we've seen huge growth in the run-up to Christmas.
We need to manage customer expectations, especially when there are delays with getting people's items shipped.
So, we need to quickly respond to emails. We also need to process the info which customers relay to us. I.e. if we tell them there'll be a delay to re-stock their product - and they say "I need this by X date ...." then we need to be sure to pop that on their order so we can ensure this is met.
Also, people email for exchanges, and we need to be able to respond to them and process this information.
The job involves answering emails in a friendly, engaging and intelligent way to solve a problem.
Or, if it is a recurring question by the customer; simply using a pre-written message (selecting the best one).
We will want someone to be able to use Google Drive in order to feed information to us which needs action.
The candidate should be quick at typing; have an excellent grasp of English, and come across as polished and professional.
This candidate will also understand the pressures of small business and will convey to customers that we're a family business - a business which cares for, and is thankful for, its customers.
