our salesforce was first built by a developer who then was completed by different consultants all from upwork.
original consultant london based is not responsive enough and too expensive so we are looking to hire a group to support us. also each new consultant adding code seems to break something, so perhaps we are not deploying properly.
we are big fans of an open architecture, so will keep adding code from different sources.
job will start by reviewing our existing coding, with the original developer, and then each of the add ons from different ones.
then we need a helpline for our users, to be able to screenshare and fix issues on the spot, lots of issues are indeed quickly fixed, but we need to be able to look at them quickly.
