Need admin support for data entry assignment. Currently requesting help to enter data into quickbooks and organize files.
Potential for ongoing work.
This job description updated to include the following.
1. Scheduling work based on Customer requests. Typically between 3-10 appointment per day.
2. Work closely with field technicians and end customers to coordinate and process required paperwork for billing.
3. Must have working phone and reliable computer with high speed internet.
4. Must have excellent customer service skills
5. Must complete online training in timely manner.
We have a list of clients and we need help placing these clients in quickbooks and inputting all completed work.
MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED and respond within appropriate time.
Work flow will be as such:
You will receive an email outlining assigned work, you will enter data into quickbooks. Upon completion of assigned work you will recieve a completed work order attached file(s). You will enter data into quickbooks and create an invoice for that customer. Each customer has a different rate and job description. Also you will monitor paid/unpaid and status of invoice and update in quickbooks.
Addition responsiblity will adding assigned work to calendar, adding archived invoices to quickbooks, etc.
1. I will send you pdf/jpg files
2. you will enter into quickbook and excel
3. log work details and hours recorded in files(including milage)
4. create adhoc reports as needed from quickbooks
5. must be proficient
