I need someone who can help me manage my workflow and assist in delegating tasks to our social media team. Typically tasks include:
MUST be fantastic with spreadsheets.
Help with creating and scheduling invoices.
Chasing overdue payments
Ensuring staff complete tasks and deliverables on time.
Assist with filing and organisation of Google Drive/Docs
Need to be able to predict what will be needed in work flow and implement without instruction.
Must have amazing English skills with PERFECT grammar and spelling.
Online research will be a key job role. Finding new and improved tech processes for the company.
Assisting with personal admin also. Bookings, online purchases.
Must be a team player. Not an excuse maker. You don't need to be perfect, but open and willing to learn. Our core organisational belief is HONESTY. please always acknowledge errors/mistakes if you make them. You won't be in trouble, but covering up such issues will result in dismissal.
This position needs a VA that will be available online each day. Many tasks will require same day turn around.
This position will include performance bonuses for extaordinary effort.
