We create products in China and distribute products in US, Canada and Europe through our own Shopify websites, Amazon, Ebay and Walmart. What you’ll be doing
Duties Include (but aren’t limited to):
- Customer Service for all sales channels using Freshdesk
- Product Research on Amazon and Alibaba, determining what are the best new products to add to our brands.
- Assisting in a wide range of day to day tasks that arise with maintaining our sales channels
- Task Management
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Excellent English writing is a requirement for this role, and even more important than that is the ability to clearly articulate requirements and feedback, using written communications, screenshots and lists. You will communicate with our development team and clients as well
