I am an Executive Assistant with experience in remotely managing and executing daily administrative functions as well as short and long-term corporate projects. In my capacity as Executive Assistant to actress, author, and producer Sheryl Lee Ralph I have mastered an array of skills that would be vital to effectively fulfill the needs of this position. Some of these skills are: - the ability to multitask. This skill was sharpened from having to manage consistent email correspondences while organizing meeting schedules and appointments, creating PR releases, and facilitating seamless communication between Ms. Ralph and various teams involved in her production and appearance schedules. - the ability to manage large-scale projects. Recently I succeeded in managing the design and implementation of eight different Public Relations Billboards across the country as well as mobilizing the human resources and capital needed to facilitate business trips, conferences with government officials, vacations, publicity appearances, etc. - the ability to document. I am able to efficiently summarize meeting points into action items and implement project strategies and timelines for execution. - the ability to utilize communication and project management software. I am most familiar with Slack, Trello, and Monday. I have mastery skills in utilizing software to communicate and collaborate with different teams to ensure the smooth operation of tasks and projects. I am persistent and self-driven, which are essential skills to have when working remotely. I am efficient under pressure and able to attack execution and administrative issues as they arise.
