Expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and CallTrackingMetrics. I've worked on both the client and agency side, holding positions such as PPC Analyst, Director of Search Marketing, and VP of Operations. I've been entrenched in internet marketing, with a heavy focus on PPC, custom analytics, and offline (phone call) conversion tracking since 2008. Between AdWords, Bing, Facebook AdRoll, and a few DSPs, I've managed (as of 2021) over $30mm in ad spend, and at the time of writing, oversees about $250k/month in ad spend. The majority of my clients are high-volume lead generation. Nearly all of them rely heavily on offline conversions, so phone tracking and integrating multiple analytics systems have become my specialty. My preferred call tracking vendor is CallTrackingMetrics, but I have a ton of CallRail experience, as well (I also have custom scripts to automate reporting aspects of both of those platforms). I've also worked with Keymetric, Infinity, Mongoose, and Kall8 in the phone tracking space. I have a wealth of experience integrating these systems with analytics suites such as Google and Omniture (Adobe). While my current book of business is primarily lead generation for service-based companies, I also have a wealth of experience with eCommerce. My most significant client-side internet marketing position was with a large internet retailer controlling about $100k/month in ad spend between PPC, SEO, shopping comparison engines, and affiliate programs. I also recently helped multiple companies upgrade to the new Google and Bing shopping campaigns, including the administration of their data feeds complete with custom attributes. It should also be noted that we have our own patent-pending method of tracking offline sales for medium-large size eCommerce companies. It's guaranteed to be cheaper and more effective than any other dynamic number-based phone tracking system. After holding positions at the Director level (and above) on both the client and agency side, I decided to head out on my own where I could pick and choose my next challenge. I now manage a small group of clients and consider myself a boutique agency for clients willing to pay a premium for a true partner.
