Overview
HelpGrid, established in 2014, is a 24/7 customer contact center. Whether you need inbound customer support (email, phone, live chat), outbound telesales, or someone keeping an eye on your social media responses - we are here to be your extended arm and partner. Our goal is to meet and exceed your and your customer's needs and expectations, while providing flexibility. We have 20+ agents, some bilingual (Spanish/English). All agents are excellent support agents with an ability to multitask between calls, emails and chat. Increasing our client's ROI is key - whether that's saving a refund, upselling to compatible products or simply wow'ing the customer and turning them into an advocate. We have extensive experience in e-commerce, working with various e-commerce businesses, supporting digital and physical products, including supplements. While we have our in-house systems, we use 3rd party CRMs and helpdesks on a daily basis, including but not limiting to: ZenDesk, Ticksy, Infusionsoft, Shopify, WooCommerce, Ontraport, ClickBank, BuyGoods, Chargedesk and more.
