Overview
There are hundreds of ways to create any application. At Systec Development we like to call our process "hot dogs and fries". ⚡️Design Sprint It is important to consider this phase, this is where we understand the problem from different angles; It will help us define metrics and models in order to exchange individual sketch ideas allowing us to define the user journey, resulting in a prototype. It can be a Low / High Fidelity Prototype. At Systec Development we prefer a high fidelity prototype in Figma ready to start coding in the engineering department. ⚡️ From Minimum Viable Product to Market Fit With the prototype in hand and having defined a project scope in the previous step, we will concentrate on building the core of the application and key functionalities to validate our product in a wider audience. This is the moment where we delve into technical issues and find natural limitations of the same problem. During a period of 8 to 15 weeks we work as a team to validate proofs of concept in our application. The result of this phase is the launch of a 100% functional minimum viable product (MVP). ⚡️ Continuous development An MVP is the perfect tool to achieve your goals whether it is to make an impact in your industry or obtain capital investment for a continuous development of the application by adding more functionality, scaling infrastructure and equipment. Each of these steps can be integrated in isolation and gradually, allowing us to have greater control over our budget. Having 2-5 full-stack software developers working exclusively on your product will dramatically increase your success rate. We are prepared to build the perfect product to get your business where you want to go and beyond.
