I call myself a Universal Virtual Assistant! Why? Because I help business owners from different parts of the world. Not only that I am a self-starter, but I am also bilingual and very well-rounded. I do not stop and allow hindrances to bar me from getting what I want in life. That just made me an ideal VA. I have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Diploma in the Spanish Language. I believed that "the world is my beat, and I must leave no stones unturned". That is my work ethics too. I don't wait for instructions, I uncover it myself, if there is something I do not know, I will do all that I can to learn it. With 15 years of experience working in Call Centers, it gave me a familiar environment where I can take on any role; Banker, Directory Assistant, Sales Person, Realtor, Paralegal and so much more. My work experiences over the years have made me very knowledgeable in streamlining business processes. I have an in-depth passion for REAL ESTATE and its processes: Appointment Setting, Cold-Calling, and Calendar Management, Customer Record Management, Lead Generation & Management, Listing Management, Transaction Coordination for Sales, Mortgage & Loss Mitigation Process. I like navigating and configuring digital tools and apps like; CRM (Salesforce, Boomtown, Podio, Appfolio, Follow-up Boss), Cloud Storages: Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc). And I have no problem learning any app.
