Kraftsmen Engineering is a syndicate of elite experts from various fields of engineering including Mechanical & Structural Engineering, Electromagnetics Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Our members formerly worked for some of the largest Automakers in the world and have designed and developed multiple components and systems in some of the vehicles on the roads today. Our professional experieces also include designing formula style race vehicles and components, High Efficiency Electric Powertrain and Motors for EVs, Suspension and Chassis System Design for 2-Wheelers and 4Wheelers etc. As an extremely passionate set of individuals who love what they do, our experiences so far have helped us acquire great skills including FEA Analysis, CFD Simulations, Electro-Magnetic Simulations, 3D CAD Design and Analysis, Various Manufacturing and Prototyping techniques, etc. We strongly belive that we can add great value to you in the following aspects. 1. Product Design and Development We will design and develop a complete product from scratch including 3D CAD, Simulations and Analysis, 2D Drawings for manufacturing, Prototyping etc. Our team's diverse expertise helps us deliver great results even with products involving multiple technical challenges. 2. 3D Modelling and 2D Drawings a. 3D CAD - Development of precise 3d CAD Models of complex parts and assemblies with upto several thousands of parts. - Autodesk Inventor, Dassault Solidworks, Fusion 360 b. 2D Drawings - 2D Technical drawings required by vendors to manufacture your model. 3. Digital Simulations a. Structural Simulations - FEA (Finite Element Analysis) , Stress Analysis, - Using Autodesk Nastran, Ansys, Altair Hyperworks.etc. b. CFD (Computational Fluid Dyamics) - Using Ansys, etc. c. Electromagnetics Analysis - Using Altair Flux Motor, Flux 2D, 3D etc. 4. Prototyping We will physically prototype your product with our vedor network and dispatch the prototype to you. We have strong understanding and experience in working with various processes including, Multiaxis CNC Milling, EDM/Wire/Laser/Waterjet cutting, 3D Printing, Manual Milling and turning, Casting etc. 5.
