I worked in a Call Center / BPO industry for more than 10-years. I had extensive experience in dealing with people all over the world. I took calls while handling chats and emails from customers who need assistance with the product/service I supported. I provide support by answering inquiries, concerns, complaints from customers via phone calls, emails, and chat. I made sure that the issue is resolved promptly and made follow-ups as much as possible to ensure everything is working fine. As a Customer Service, I learned to develop my interpersonal communication skills such as being empathetic and active listening, taking ownership, patience, clear and effective communication, and a positive attitude to deliver my resolution to the customer effectively. I do pay attention to customer's feedback as I believe that their feedback is crucial for improving and enhancing the service and product we provide.
