I have more than eight years experience working with UpWork clients. I am an expert with the scope of work that is required for both customer support, technical support, chat and email support.. I have more than five years experience in the call center industry in the Philippines. Before this I have experience as a customer support representative and also as a technical support representative. I have worked for SBC Yahoo, American Express, Dell, Earthlink and Western Union. I am highly trainable and will have a small learning curve. I need minimal supervision and I am proactive in learning a new product or service so that I will be familiar with all aspects of a product.
