Overview
I am an office manager who provides confidential and efficient administrative, creative and technical support to busy professionals virtually. I have excellent written and oral communication skills. I ensure that assigned tasks are completed within specified time-frame and with a minimum number of errors or omissions. I provide support through preparation of timely and accurate presentations and reports using Microsoft office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel. I manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets as well as records and Marketing Management of social media accounts platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). I provide basic website maintenance and blog management . I also prepare transcription and newsletters and handle correspondence, client inquiries by e-mail, bookkeeping and accounting. I have worked in various industries and departments in both the private and public sectors. I have worked as an executive assistant, web designer and software engineer, transcriber and transcriptionist, accounts and finance manager and even as a teacher. All of these have contributed to me acquiring vast knowledge and skills so that I can support professionals in various industries, departments and sectors.
