Overview
I am an experienced HR Professional with 18 years of exposure to Recruitment, RPO (Recruitment process outsourcing), Staffing, Payroll and HRO (HR Outsourcing). Worked with Kaapro Management Solutions and Ma Foi (Randstad India). Earlier I was a System Software Developer in Industrial Controls domain for around 10 years. Worked on Expert System development and deployment for Nissan Motors and DEC, USA. I had also worked at Leeds and Northrup and Uprtron Control Systems as R&D Engineer. Active experience of debugging complex systems, making changes to live SW, SW version control & releases. Had won several awards in creative writing at college level. Was an active blogger earlier and now a regular micro-blogger (Twitter: @polltics ). Avid reader and writer.
