I have completed the Executive Management Program (MBA) from IIM Lucknow in the field of Sales and Marketing (2018). With regards to my job profile, I’ve an overall experience of 5.6 years. I was earlier working as a Customer Advisor in EXL Company (Nov 2014- Nov 2015) in the Sales team. After that, I worked with British Telecom as a sales & marketing advisor (Nov 2015- Nov 2017) in social media marketing & email marketing. In Jan 2018, I completed my Digital Marketing Certificate course and joined Ace Advocates as a Digital Marketing Manager (Nov 2017-Aug 2018). I was working with Teleperformance in Google Process as a Campaign Manager (Aug 2018-Oct 2019). My last company was Head On Solutions, I was the Digital Marketing Manager (November 2019–May 2020) and was responsible for handling all the online marketing platforms like Google AdWords, Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Below are some of the responsibilities that I’ve completed in the profiles I’ve worked till now. British Telecom(2nd Co.), - I was hired as a sales & marketing advisor and my responsibility was to handle the sales & market-related activities like pitching sales to the UK based clients regarding the telecommunication connection i.e. TV Satellite, Intercom Connection, Channel subscriptions, etc. & also engaged in the marketing of new products & services like better deals, new setup Tv boxes etc. via email marketing & Facebook marketing. ACE Advocates(3rd Co.), - I was the Digital Marketing Manager, where I was handling the group of 4 team member and I was working on two projects, one was related to immigration and 2nd was related to journalism, education and handled all the activities to get more leads and sales via email marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Marketing mainly. Teleperformance (Google Process) (4th Co.), - where I was the Campaign Manager & dealt with US & Indian business market and helped them out to optimize their Google Ads a/c in such a way so that they get relevant traffic to the website, mature & actual leads, & real conversions. Below mention points are related to my Strength, Weakness, & Aspirations: Strengths: I’m an empathetic person who is skilled at relating to people and understanding their needs. In my last company, I was working the support line and received a call from a disgruntled client who had been dropped from our service. While the company couldn’t find a solution for her, I walked her through other options she might have so she walked away with a positive interaction with the company. I know the importance of a happy client, and I'm willing to remain upbeat and solutions-oriented. Weakness: When I’m given a task, I am very goal-oriented and work hard to complete that task. However, when new projects or clients task comes across my plate, I sometimes jump right into those projects and halt work on the projects I had in progress. Having to jump between tasks, so many times throughout the day hinders my productivity and prevents me from delivering my best work. I have been using a project management tool to help me manage my tasks and my time, which has helped me become more aware of prioritization. Since implementing this project management mentality, I have only improved my efficiency and productivity. Aspirations: I have a passion for marketing and working with employees to improve their quality of marketing skills through proper support and communication. One of my main goals is to develop my knowledge of digital marketing and promote & train Traditional as well as Digital Marketing to the employees for better output for the organization. Within the next 10 years, I hope to move into a position as a Marketing Manager Director, where I can implement innovative marketing programming. I am highly diligent and dynamic and can adapt myself to any stressful situations. Passion and commitment, I believe are the two most important factors to achieve success in work and I can assure I have both and can be an asset.
