Our call center is managed by a customer service/telemarketing professional with 5 years of field experience being a sales representative and customer service agent and 2 years managing a call center. Our staff is compiled of members who speak American English fluently (from living in the USA) as well as Spanish. (We are located 2 hours south of the New Mexico/Texas border.) We offer a variety of services-for-hire, such as mystery shopping, lead generation, tele-sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service and translating (Spanish-English).
