I can help you with the CAD related concerns such as : Architectural and Interior design and drafting, Civil and Structural drafting, Store planning design and drafting for supermarkets and department stores, Piping drafting for Power and Process plant, Mechanical equipment drafting and general drafting. I am currently a freelance CAD drafter and designer for multiple disciplines such as Architectural, Engineering (Oil and Gas), Industrial, Telecom and General Drafting and Design. I am was a Piping design and draftsman-IV that do As-built for piping isometrics as per RED LINE using S3D software for 2d and 3d model update for a project in Malaysia by Fluor Corp. Below are my jobs and responsibilities. 1) PID drafting and As-Built from PRE-FEED TO FEED 2) Piping Isometric as-built and checking I was previously a STORE PLANNER in Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. here in the Philippines and also a part time ONLINE and OFFLINE FREELANCER as a draftsman. Most of my job as STORE PLANNER and FREELANCE DRAFTSMAN. 1) Convert sketch to CAD file. 2) Create 3d model using AutoCAD or Sketch Up. 3) Render using V-ray for Sketch Up. 2) Create a complete design for a booth with the construction drawings 3) Create a customized template (.dwg and .dwt file) 4) Provide simple tutorial on "HOW TO" in AutoCAD. I was also a TECHNICAL PIPING DESIGNER/DRAFTSMAN in DASH ENGINEERING PHILIPPINES INC. Below are my responsibilities. 1) Basic design and modeling of pipe route using PDMS for utilities, fire fighting and lube-oil system for Biomass plant. as per PID and specs. 2) Pipe support modeling and drawing creation using PDMS design and draft. 3) Model mechanical equipment using PDMS. 4) Model civil structure and galleries using PDMS. 5) HVAC design on route and model HVAC using PDMS. 4) Train new bees on how to operate PDMS and related software. Microsoft offices especially excel are always being useful to track progress and create timely reports. I worked as an Interior AUTOCAD TECHNICAL PERSONNEL from an Interior designing company located locally for a year. The name of the company is Grand Projects . The following were my jobs when I was an AUTOCAD TECHNICAL PERSONNEL for interior design (condo, house, commercial offices, etc.) 1) Site visit to the client's bare room/unit in order to get the actual dimensions of the unit to accurately design furniture and fit outs as per the interior designer and record the dimensions in a sketchpad or a piece of sheet. 2) Transfer the sketch to AutoCAD and start to create 2d drawing as per the details and dimensions got from the site. 3) The interior designer will send me her conceptual photos and preliminary layout and I will be the one to create the 3D model for all drawings out from the layout and conceptual photos. 4) After all model reviews both with us and the client , I will do the rendering of the 3d model with different views using mainly AutoCAD (at that time it was 2012 that I used). 5) If designs are already approved by client, I will now create the set of plans such as Floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, ceiling plans, elevations, electrical layout, plumbing (if applicable), and mechanical plans. 6) In addition to that, I will also create the detailed drawings for custom-made furniture and fit outs for the manufacture/fabricators such as cabinets, kitchen cabinets, counters, bunk bed, custom-made bed for condos etc. 7) Lastly , I will create the as-built drawings after the project is done.
