And yet, when faced with a large number of ever-changing factors, we tend to apply reductionist approaches that oversimplify problems or fall prey to confirmation bias. This leads to broken strategies, dysfunctional organisational structures, methods used inappropriately, and a focus on local optimisations at the expense of the big picture. Simply put, organisations miss opportunities because navigating complexity is different. We help organisations navigate chaotic & complex environments by developing situational awareness, choosing better organisational structures, and applying the right methods in the right circumstances. We do this with a mix of consulting, coaching and training to build capabilities so that organisations become self-sufficient.
