I have been working in Upwork for 6 years now. Prior to joining in Upwork, I worked as an English Tutor for Korean students. I've been a Customer Service Representative that cater customers from Singapore. Back office experienced includes data transcription and quality assurance for an SEO Company. I've also dealt with sales account and appointment setting for different kinds of insurance and real estate. I am comfortable dealing with the different levels of the organization.
