Step 7 Consulting was created with the idea that experience matters and when combined with commitment and integrity a consultancy can do great things for its clients. Matthew is a hands on developer and technology consultant who brings his outgoing personality, great communication, and 18 years of technology experience to all projects. Matthew serves as the principal consultant and primary point-of-contact for our clients. In some cases Matthew is hands on doing the actual development and in others he serves as the project manager for the team. 1) Zapier We have extensive experience integrating apps and creating automation with Zapier in systems like: PipeDrive, QuickBooks, QuickBase, Harvest, Trello, Asana, DropBox, Google Sheets, Excel, OneDrive, GoogleDrive, MailChimp, Constant Contact, AWeber, Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, WuFoo Forms. We have built many complex multi-step Zaps in Zapier using the majority of Zapier's action and trigger features (i.e. Formatter, Filters, WebHooks, Lookups, Email, …). 2) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) We often work with PipeDrive, SalesForce, Insightly, QuickBase, and Method CRM but are able to quickly learn new systems. Whether you need help translating business processes into a CRM workflow, basic configuration to support task completion, importing of leads and opportunities, customization, or integration with other systems, we provide the expertise in virtually all those areas. 3) E-Commerce We most often work with Magento 2 and WooCommerce. Having written an e-commerce system from the ground up and worked with hundreds of merchants across the US who used it for 12 years, Matthew truly understand what it takes to create a successful B2B and B2C e-commerce business. Whether it be strategy, Web design and development, integration, conversion optimization, or custom features unique to your business, we provide the expertise to enable your e-commerce business to be a success. 4) Business Intelligence (BI) We work in Microsoft Power BI and Google Analytics and help clients make sense of data in order to make informed data-driven decisions.
