Flowing naturally from this experience, she is also highly capable at formatting documents, designing and writing capability statements, company profiles, policies, procedures and other business related documents. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, Mark´s experience spans over 30 years in the corporate, structured finance, investment banking, and financial services sectors. He has considerable experience at board level in both medium and large enterprises where he has been instrumental in managing and implementing corporate governance frameworks, developing long-term goals and the strategic direction of companies, contract management and 3rd party negotiation.
