I have several years of customer service experience including online, over the phone, solving complex issues and handling a team. For the last 10 years, I have been using different CRM's such as Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Shipstation, Magento, Ontraport, Kajabi, Clio, Actionstep and other phone tools. I am proficient in using MS Office and other scheduler software for setting up appointments. I have handled a team and managed a call center from scratch which really improves my skills from time to time. I always make sure to give my best effort to make it successful.
