According to scope, on-time, on budget, and Quality. • Project leading, supervising, planning, and controlling RAN & Transmission projects scope of work, budgets, and resources. • Supervision and control of a team of up to 50 people including Implementation Managers, Administration Officer, HSE Officer, Team Leaders, Engineers/Technicians, and third-party contractor teams to ensure quality and delivery on time and on budget. • Helping the client representative and project team to achieve customer satisfaction. • Lead the scrum and project teams in self-organization. • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments. • Support the client representative and provide education where needed. • Help the scrum and project teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework. • Track and report on project milestones and provide status. • Conflict management. • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity. • Facilitation and presentations. • Procurement Management tools • Procurement Management tools •MS Project, Gantt charts, schedules, resources, and cost management •MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Words, PowerPoint). •Google Suite (Email, drive, docs, sheets, slides). •Click-up (Task Management) •Microsoft Teams. •Zoom. •Calendar Management.
